Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide for our daily business interactions, reflecting our standard for appropriate behaviour and corporate values. The aim of this Code of Conduct is to set out a clear framework of values and principles that members (consumers &merchants) are expected to adhere to. It is designed to enhance the operation, image and reputation of businesses that promote Bzzbee. Observation of these principles demonstrates a member’s commitment to upholding the highest principles of professionalism, integrity, fair practice and ethics in dealing with consumers, users and other organisations within the Bzzbee platform.

Confidentiality

Integrity is fundamental to Bzzbee. Along with other values of leadership, passion, accountability, collaboration, diversity and quality, it is a pillar of our vision and mission of providing the best services available. We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.

Compliance with Law

Bzzbee values its reputation for complying with laws, regulations, and its own policies and procedures. Therefore, Employees, upon accepting employment with Bzzbee are accountable while acting on behalf of the company, and at all times, must comply with laws, regulations, and our own policies and procedures even if conduct prohibited by our policies and procedures is otherwise legally permissible. We request our customers/merchants to follow the same and must seek the requited guidance from our legal (compliance) department which oversees the same and reports to resolve any uncertainty about what is required to comply with laws, rules and regulations, and Bzzbee’s external policies and procedures.

Professional conduct

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with utmost righteousness. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients and customers. It is the policy, practice and desire of Bzzbee to work in the most strictly professional way abiding by the ethics laid down in the Code of Conduct.

General Guidelines

• 1.  Any personal information (phone number, email address etc.) of any participants of Bzzbee should remain with you at all times, or, on our secured database. Under no circumstances should you make it public.
• 2.  Always be courteous with your words. When you write a comment or a review, make sure it is not serving the purpose of defaming the other party in any manner. You should avoid writing anything that is objectionable and does not comply with the social ethics (religious, racial, political, sexual, origin, caste, gender identity, sexual orientation, language and income). Anything that discriminates in any manner or undermines any person whatsoever should not be posted on Bzzbee.
• 3.  Be magnanimous and generous when you have enjoyed a good experience. Your words matters a lot to build up a positive review for the merchants and can amount to be tremendously rewarding. It makes them want to serve you better and build a lasting relationship.
• 4.  Be appropriate and honest. We appreciate you being upfront but we also request you to be accurate and specific, and share with us only about your true experience or regarding any enquiry made by you for any third party or Bzzbee.
• 5.  On becoming a Bzzbee member, you get access to a large number of products and services. Bzzbee is specifically devised to act as a two - way communication platform with the sole purpose of bridging the gap. It’s always good to be heard, but we suggest you to listen in equal portions. It will further help you to make an informed and well thought decision/choice.
• 6.  We always recommend you to follow the legal etiquettes regarding your comments, reviews or messages and comply with the legal guidelines of Bzzbee laid out hereof.

You can be held liable for your statements at any point and Bzzbee will not be accountable for it. You are solely responsible for any inappropriate statements and/or remarks made by you. At any given time, after verifying any instance of violence and/or ambiguity in code of conduct, the third party is in a position to take legal action commensuration with the nature and pervasiveness of the incident. We suggest you to be cautious and vigilant with what you post.
